Useful information, terms and conditions

Our hotel in La Villa offers comfortable rooms and holiday apartments in the charming setting of the Dolomites UNESCO World Heritage. On this page, you can read all the information you need for your holiday at Hotel Savoy, from parking facilities to travel insurance!

Before arrival:

Book directly with Hotel Savoy and secure the room or apartment of your choice. Please be aware that your booking will only become binding when we receive the required deposit and send you official confirmation. You can pay your deposit online.

Price reductions for guests sleeping in extra beds:
Age 0 to 2: - 100%
Age 3 to 6: - 50%
Age 7 to 10: - 30%
11 years and over: - 15%

Dogs are only allowed at the hotel by prior arrangement and for a fee of €10.00 to €15.00 per night. In the apartments, dogs are allowed for a fee of €5.00 per night. Please bring along food and any accessories your dog may require, such as blankets and bowls. On request, we will be happy to reserve a table for you and your four-legged friends in a separate area of the dining room.

Rates & tourist tax:
The rates of our hotel rooms and suites are per person per night, including half board and all our inclusive services. The local tax of €2.50 per night for each guest aged 14 and over is not included.
The rates of our holiday apartments are per night based on standard occupancy (2 or 4 guests), and do not include the local tax of €1.40 per night for each guest aged 14 and over. Rates vary for non-standard occupancy.

Restaurant & gourmet half board:
The bed-and-breakfast arrangement is available on request, with a discount of Euro 15,00 per person a day on the half board price. Our own à-la-carte restaurant is also open for lunch.

Cancellation policy:

Free cancellation until 3 weeks before arrival date

In the event of a cancellation of the reservation outside of this term, a late arrival or early departure, the deposit will be withheld and the entire amount of the reservation will be applied.

Winter 2020/21:

In consideration of the particular situation of this year, following exception is applied:

  • In the case of a lockdown (respective borders are closed) upon arrival, the entire amount of deposit will be turned into a voucher with validity of 1 year or on agreement the deposit can be refunded. No other cancellation fees will be applied.


By stipulating our travel insurance, we grant cover in the event that you, as the insured customer, cannot start or have to interrupt the travel

  • because you suffer from COVID-19 symptoms
  • because you have been found to have an elevated temperature measured, even if a later test result is negative
  • because you were tested positive for COVID-19 without showing symptoms
  • because a close relative (*) or a person living in the same household has contracted COVID-19 and your urgent presence is required
  • because a close relative (*) in the same household has contracted COVID-19 and you must therefore be quarantined
  • because you are unable to travel as a result of your illness during your stay. Coveredare costs within the limits of involuntary extended accomodation

(*) close relativesare defined as spouse (or registered partner or partner living in the same household), children (step children, children-in-law, grandchildren, foster children), parents (step parents, parents-in-law, grandparents, foster parents), siblings and brother-in-law/sister-in-law of the insured person -in case of a registered partner or partner living in the same household, additionally his/her children, parents and siblings.


Fees will be applied in the event of a cancellation after the above listed terms, late arrival or early departure.

Underground garage:

We offer our guests an underground garage to protect their vehicles from snow or strong sunlight. Please be aware that parking in the garage costs €6.00 per night. We also offer complimentary parking in the spaces provided in front of the hotel, which are reserved for our guests.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.
